Express Savings was incorporated on 27th February 2007. Certificate to commence business was obtained on 28th June 2007. It is licensed by the Bank of Ghana to operate the business of Savings and Loans in accordance with the Financial Institutions (Non-Banking) Law, 1993 PNDCL 328 on 14th August 2007.
Express Savings opened officially to the public on 1st October 2007 and has 17 branches (Kokomlemle, Kasoa, Swedru, Tesano, Kaneshie, Madina, Ashaiman, Okaishie Tema and Mallam, Bawjiase, Tamale, Techiman, Sunyani, Koforidua, Takoradi and Kumasi). The Company is the principal Agent for Express Funds Money Transfer Product.
Express Savings’ core business is deposit mobilisation and granting of loans to individuals and essentially micro and small enterprises. |
