Express Savings and Loans Company Limited is licensed by the Bank of Ghana to operate a business of Savings and Loans in accordance with the Financial Institutions (Non-Banking) Law, 1993 PNDCL 328.
Incorporated on 27th February 2007 to commence business on 28th June 2007.
